UN Supplementary Convention on the Abolition of Slavery

The convention banned debt bondage, serfdom, servile marriage and child servitude.

Full title is the “United Nations 1956 Supplementary Convention on the Abolition of Slavery, the Slave Trade, and Institutions and Practices Similar to Slavery.”
