Hello world!
I switched my blog to WordPress! Sure, it doesn’t look like much right now, but it’s going to be a lot better. Best of all, there are categories!
I’ll commence to categorizin’, prettifyin’, and otherwise improvifyin’ over the next few days. For now, I’m just excited to have navigated the maze of FTP, PHP, HTML, MYSQL, and ADHD that it took to get to this point. (It was a frustrating afternoon, and I made it more difficult than it needed to be by being not very smart.)
I should give a shout out to bloggers Andy Skelton, who wrote a great script for converting from blogger to WordPress, and Catsutorials, who had a good tutorial, including screen images, on how to use Andy’s script. Kudos. If you’re converting from blogger, those are the places to visit.
